Here is this week's card for Operation Write Home's sketch #222. The hexagons were left over from another project and were cut using a Silhouette.

Weekly Challenge :: Starting Point

This week's challenge from Relly was to make the most of a light background. I choose one of the new Paw Parade digital papers from Stampin' Up! and paired it with some travel themed papers and paint. The sentiment is from Ali Edwards and the page was created using MDS software.

Here is my layout for Scrapbook Challenges sketch #388. As you can see I am still making my way through all of our Japan photos from last fall; not a bad problem to have when scrapbooking. 

Happy 90th Birthday Patrick!

Today is Patrick's 90th birthday and I wanted to post some photos of the box card that I made for him.   Aside from being an amazing card, it lays flat for mailing in an A2 envelope. The template for the card was courtesy of Lori Whitlock using a template I downloaded through Silhouette's website. SBC - Sketch #387

Last Wednesday was Day 1 of Rob Thomas' solo acoustic tour. This is the fourth time we've seen him in concert; second time solo. So talented! Several of the photos are from Pechanga's Facebook page and I used Turbo Collage to merge the photos into one 4x6. I used sketch #387 from scrapbook challenges.

Hope you're having a great weekend. Here is this week's card for Operation Write Home's sketch #219. I had cut out this bunny using my Silhouette while I was working on my Tim Holtz tag and I really had no idea how I was going to use it until this morning. This card is for my nephew and my niece will get a pink version of the same.

Tim Holtz - 12 Tags of 2014 (Apr)

Here is this month's tag for Tim's 12 Tags of 2014. I used my Silhouette to cut the hexagon lattice as well as the mums. All the of the cardstock, ribbon and ink are from Stampin' Up!

Lollipop Covers

Is it officially Spring yet? These adorable lollipop covers are really simple to make and would be great for any occasion. The toughest part is finding the right lollipop. If you need directions just google "lollipop covers" and you'll find a lot of great videos and blogs.
