Here is this week's card for Sketch #142 from Operation Write Home. I used the tissue paper newsprint from yesterday's tag and layered it underneath two colors from the Stampin' Up's earth elements cardstock. I stamped the Autumn Splendor leaf using black StazOn and colored it in with coordinating markers and blender pens.
I'm loving that leaf! The combination of a leaf and newsprint works so well on this card. Thanks for playing along with this week's Sunday Sketch!

ReplyDeleteThis was a different approach-using the printed paper as the backdrop for your panels. It works great, I love it and will be CASing it for sure.
ReplyDeleteThat's such a great interpretation of the sketch and the fall leaf and newsprint works so well together! Great coloring and I'm going to try to remember using the newsprint as a border. That's never occurred to me!
