OWH - Memorial Day Blog Hop


Happy Memorial Day Weekend and welcome to the Operation Write Home Blog Hop! For my card I used sketch #9 ... although I did deviate quite a bit. The focal point for this card is a stamp from the SU "Liberty For All" set (retired). For the sentiment(s) I used ChitChat stickers from Tim Holtz.

  12. What a neat idea for a card. It looks like you used some acetate and embossed it and used it as an overlay. That sure gives awesome texture.

  32. The word strips are my favorite part, well, that and the clear hexagon layer. I'm thinking I could put a piece of clear plastic in a folder, then cut it in strips and get an embellishment for several cards at one time. Hmmmm...
