This tag features another stamp from Tim Holtz's 2019 Stampers anonymous set along with four of the sentiments in the set. I fussy cut around this guy and added shadow with colored pencils. Hopefully you're noticing my awesome faux candles made out of cardstock, hot glue and twine. They really came out cool. For a step by step video head over to Tim's Facebook page.

Creepin' It Real
A little Tim Holtz inspiration as we get closer to COVID-19 Halloween. This pumpkin stamp and sentiment are from Tim's 2019 Stampers anonymous collection.

Monster Reunion Tag - Someone Say Candy?
I haven't made tags in such a long time but I couldn't resist these stamps from Tim Holtz. Although I missed out on Monster Reunion 2 during Stamptember this set is still pretty cool and perfect for my 12 year old nephew.

Stuck?! Layout #1 (Nov) - Halloween
Here is a fun layout that I did for Stuck?!Sketches' first layout of the month. I'm not quite sure where you buy a panda head or what it means to be a taco on taco Tuesday but it's all good and most of all...FUN!

Happy Halloween Cards
I made these cards for my niece and nephew who are 12 and 10. The papers are from SU and have been in my stash forever. The two photos at the bottom are closeups from the inside of each card.

Tim Holtz - 12 Tags of 2016 (Oct)
For this month's tag from Tim I used a printable mummy skull that I found off of the internet and created my own industrial look using an eyelet tool and foil tape. I applied alcohol ink directly to the pieces of foil and just let it run wherever it decided to go. For the background I distressed some newsprint collage paper to match Tim's patchwork collage technique.

Tim Holtz - 12 Tags of 2015 (Oct)
Happy Fall! For this month's Tag from Tim, I used a skull pattern from Silhouette and distressed it with several shades of green ink on the outside and red ink on the inside. The skull shadow is actually a black piece of cardstock cut to match the skull. The paper and the sentiment are from SU.

Tim Holtz - 12 Tags of 2014 (Oct)
Happy Fall! Here is my tag for October's challenge from Tim. The witch is from SU's "A Howling Good Time" set and was colored using SU's Write Markers. I cut the spider out using my silhouette and covered both the witch and the spider with Crystal Effects. The embellishments, paper and inks are also from SU.

Witches Broomstick Lollipop Treat Holder
For this month's technique we created Halloween treat holders for Charms lollipops. In lieu of instructions, I'm linking to Beth's blog where she used licorice as the base for her broomstick but you get the idea. If you want your broomstick to stand up like mine you'll need to cut off some of the wrapper at the top of the lollipop and make sure your broom pieces are long enough to stabilize the lollipop once you turn it upside down.

Tim Holtz - 12 Tags of 2013 (Oct)
Here is my version of Tim's tag for October. Since I didn't have any owl products I went searching on the internet and found this owl clipart (here). I printed the image on craft cardstock and used a brush and ink refiller as a watercolor. The background was distressed using several inks, stamp sets and a spider web rub on. The only other non Stampin' Up! product I used was the burlap stencil which I used with versamark and glitter embossing powder.
OWH - Sketch #193
Here is a quick card for Operation Write Home's sketch #193. I used the Witches Brew DSP as the focal point for the card and added three bats from the Googly Ghouls stamp set in place of the brads in the sketch.

OWH - Sketch #192
It's not quite October but I thought I would get jump on my Halloween cards using Operation Write Home's sketch #192. I used Stampin' Up's Witches Brew Designer Series Paper. The bat is from the retired "Googly Ghouls" set.

Tim Holtz - 12 Tags of 2012 (October)
Here is this month's tag for October. Once again I used all Stampin' Up! products with a little help from my Silhouette. I started with Ghostly Greetings designer series paper and distressed the edges. I then copied Newsprint DSP onto tissue paper and adhered it with mono multi liquid glue. Next I sponged on pumpkin pie and lucky limeaid inks. I embossed both the spider and the text with black and hologram highlights embossing powders. The tags are from the It's A Date stamp set and the speckles in the background were created using the Wonderfully Worn stamp set.

Repurposed Halloween Tins
I've had these tins laying around for a few weeks and wanted to repurpose them for my niece and nephew. My plan is to stuff them full of candy corn and send them along with coordinating Halloween cards. I also used repositionable tape to adhere the cardstock so they could repurpose them again.

One Sheet Wonder Halloween Bag
All the credit for this bag goes to Kelly Gettelfinger and her One Sheet Wonder Bag video on YouTube. I chose to keep the bag rectangular shaped but if you watch the video there is another optional shape. ...and yes, this is the last of the mummies.

Kissing Technique Swap
Here is this month's card swap. I used the kissing technique on the circles behind the mummy and coordinated the inks on the circles with the paper in the background.

OWH - Sketch #139
Operation Write Home (OWH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that supports our nation's armed forces by sending blank handmade greeting cards to troops to write home on as well as cards of gratitude to encourage them. OWH also hosts weekly card challenges, card drives, tutorials and sketches. I used sketch #139 to continue my Googly Ghouls Halloween theme with lots of texture added from embossing folders and textured cardstock.

Googly Ghouls - Halloween Card 2
Here is the second Halloween card using the mummy from the Googly Ghouls stamp set. The circles in the background were made using the kissing technique featured earlier in the month.
