This past week the girls had to say goodbye to Cousin Haddy. Since 2016 she lived with Aunt Mary where she had an awesome life being an only child. A constant shadow with tons of attitude. She will be missed.

Sympathy Cards for Men
I guess you would say that these cards are not your traditional sympathy cards but what can you really say when a husband loses a wife at such a young age? One that loves fishing and the other with a new found appreciation for golf. May you rest in peace Teresa and Libby.

The Scrap Gals - March Challenge
It's been a while since I posted but I wanted to share this layout that I did for the The Scrap Gals. If you haven't listened to their podcast on pod.fan I would highly encourage you to do so. It's not free but totally worth it. This particular page was done in honor of my sister-in-law that passed away from cancer on March 3rd. Unfortunately we've had two other close family deaths occur in 2021 and I hope to honor those women as well.

So Sorry
The idea for this card came from Pinterest and Debby Hughes at Lime Doodle Design. Sympathy cards can be so hard to make so any inspiration is much appreciated.

Our Journey
This is a sympathy card that I made for some friends of ours that had to put down their beloved Gabby. Inside the card I included a family photo taken this past summer in Alaska. The wood veneer is from Cocoa Daisy and the Crazy Dogs stamp is from Tim Holtz.

Sympathy Card
Last week a friend of mine had to put down his young German Shepherd due to a rare infection called diskospondylitis. I had this card base in my stash and was able to add a nice sympathy quote on the inside along with one of Tim Holtz's Crazy Dogs on the outside.
